Our bar and lounge are ideal places to meet with friends, as well as plan activities. Sip a fine wine, liquor, or a drink mixed by a true expert, as you enjoy the warmth of the fireplace, or gaze at the interior garden.
We suggest that you take the opportunity to sample Chile’s famous gamut of wines. Taste the best cabernet sauvignon, the king of the reds, responsible for so much of Chile’s prestige in the wine world. Or for something new, select a carmenère. The carmenère, a grape rediscovered in Chile in 1994, is gaining a reputation as the star of the winemaking world. Carmenère is a smooth, friendly wine, best drunk before it has been too long in the bottle. |
