Cancellation Policy
High Season: Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the date of arrival.
Reservations cancelled 14 or fewer days before arrival date are non-refundable.
 
Low Season: Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 2 days before the date of arrival.
Reservations cancelled 2 or fewer days before arrival date are non-refundable.

Tax Exemption for Foreign Passengers
According to Chilean law, guests who meet the following requirements do not pay tax (VAT): 1. Pay in U.S. Dollars 2. Be a non-resident foreigner in Chile 3. Carry a valid passport and the proof of entering the country presented to you by international police. This tax exemption shall only apply to the guest’s own purchases done within the hotel. Chilean or foreign passengers who do not meet the above requirements must consider the payment of tax (VAT) corresponding to 19% above the published rate.
 
Early Check In
If the check in is earlier than the hotel standard, we request to reserve the previous night in order to ensure your room. This implies an additional charge corresponding to the price of one night.
 
Late Checkout
In case of availability of the hotel, if you want a check out time that exceeds the norm of the hotel you can access it by a payment corresponding to 40% of the value of one night until 18:00 hours and from then the payment will be the corresponding to an additional night. All late check out must be confirmed directly at the hotel on the day of departure.
 
Extra Child
Accommodation and breakfast are complimentary for children under 5 years sharing bed with their parents.

Free cribs are available.
 
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed inside our hotels.
